Can I see a preview of my design before making payment?

You can view a design preview with all the options you selected - just scroll up to the product gallery to see it.

For face customization, since every photo differs in lighting, angle, and quality, our artists have to manually customize each order.

Therefore, the final preview will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after you place your order. If you are not happy with the result, we will gladly make adjustments or issue a full refund.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Please upload a clear, front-facing photo of your face, looking straight at the camera.

What if my photo isn’t good enough?

Don’t worry. We’ll let you know if your photo won’t work well for the design and ask you to upload a new one.
