For face customization, since every photo differs in lighting, angle, and quality, our artists have to manually customize each order.

Therefore, the final preview will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after you place your order. If you are not happy with the result, we will gladly make adjustments or issue a full refund.

What if my photo isn’t good enough?
